How do I know if I’m in perimenopause? And can I do this if I'm not?

If you are 30s and up and have been thinking “Things feel off. I just don’t feel like myself.” then you deserve this program. All are welcome!

What if I’ve tried everything?

Do I need bloodwork or to be on hormones?
